The most recent district meeting was held on September 3rd, 2024 at 7:30 pm, virtually and in person.
Some of the items discussed at the last District meeting were
- District 08 2025 budget projection.
- Accessibilities ad-hoc committee continue to collect feedback from the survey that was sent out last month.
- Presentation on District 04’s Safety in A.A. Forum
We need to take a group conscious on
- District 08 budgets one PRAASA scholarship on a standing basis every year to be awarded to a current serving District 08 GSR, Alt-GSR or DCM who is chosen by lottery drawing, in the amount not to exceed $1500 each year and used only for reimbursement of PRAASA registration fee, transportation, and up to three nights lodging.

- We are always looking for Sub-District Committee members, please join us at a monthly District meeting to make yourself available or send us an email. Currently open are 001, 004, 006, and 009.

Everyone is welcome to attend any district or Area Assembly meeting. Even though visitors don’t have a vote, they do have a voice. Please join us next month!
